Foundations

Stance, movement, conditioning. Three sessions a week at Boardroom Club with our coaching team.

Weeks 5–9

Sparring

Controlled sparring, fight IQ, cut weight sensibly. Media day lands here. You’ll be photographed and interviewed.

Fight week
