Who we are

Boardroom Combat runs the 90-Day Challenge, charity fight events and Boardroom HQ at 19 Binjai Park, Singapore. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we handle it under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

Application form. When you apply for a fight camp we collect your name, email, phone number, company and role, weight class, combat experience, medical declarations, and an emergency contact. Medical answers are collected solely to keep you safe in training and competition.

Nothing else. Browsing the site requires no account and sets no tracking cookies. Your light/dark theme choice is stored on your own device only.

How we use it

Application data is used only to assess your application, plan medical screening, and contact you about selections. It is seen only by the Boardroom Combat selection team and, where relevant, our medical screening partners. We never sell your data, and we never share it for marketing.

Third parties

Application submissions are relayed to our team inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). Donations are made directly on giving.sg — we never see your payment details. Membership reservations and payments are handled by vibefam (bookings.vibefam.com), our gym-management platform; your card details go to them directly and never pass through us. Embedded YouTube video uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, and the location map is served by Google Maps; all of these services are governed by their own privacy policies when you interact with them.

Retention

Application data is kept for the duration of the selection process and the fight camp it relates to, then deleted. If you are not selected, your application, including medical answers, is deleted after the batch is finalised.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask us at any time to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it and withdraw consent. Email jake@boardroomcombat.com and we will respond within 30 days.
